Professional and courteous

Everyone was very helpful. I needed my brakes repaired and they accomplished the job and I had my truck back that day.

Came in and then l left, car was serviced.

Nice people,who tried to fix the radio problem with my Chevy Silverado EV but will need another visit since it is not yet fixed.

service was completed quickly and efficiently - I was in an out in less than an hour!

Oil change,very prompt. Was very detailed ,needed an air cabin filter. Got it changed. Vacuum the front ,but I asked if the back seat could be done. Very happy to do it. I only wish that a car wash could be available! It would be so nice to drive off the lot with the outside of your car shinny… All the work the workers do on the inside we can’t see ,but if we got to drive off with a shinny car ,would be amazing! Just a thought……

I was very pleased with my experience at Ruddell Chevrolet! All the personnel I worked with were efficient and very concerned that I received answers to all my questions promptly. I also was very impressed with the knowledgeable staff and courtesy they displayed at all times. They really made my car purchase an easy and smooth process.

Although the part for my appointment hadn’t arrived when I showed up, the team handled the situation with professionalism and care. Derrick stood out—he was approachable, kept me updated throughout, and made sure I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. As soon as the part came in, he reached out and got me rescheduled quickly. The install itself went smoothly, and the techs did a great job. A small scheduling snag, but excellent service overall.

Excellent service and great staff

I requested that my oil get changed during a lengthy and expensive repair and discovered that they neglected the request.

I had new tires installed. I was offered a ride if I would have liked to go anywhere because it was a 2 hour installment. The staff were courteous and professional.

Salesman Chris Dennison was very attentive. He went over all the features of the vehicle with us. He showed us different finance options. We did not feel rushed or pressured. Joe Winter assisted us with financing and was very personable and helpful. The buying experience was one of the best we have had.

They did not realize the extent of the service that was quoted, hence fifteen hundred extra dollars and another day. I will find out soon when the tires come in, if all is well.
