With pre approval, we offer a long weekend getaway. We will pay for flight, lodging and rental car for you and your spouse from Thursday through Sunday. On Thursday and Friday you get to see our facility, get to know our people and our community. The weekend is yours to explore the beautiful Olympic Peninsula and what our serene area has to offer.
Experienced Automotive Technicians Responsibilities:
- Able to diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc
- Completes service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and correctly, to pass quality inspections set forth by dealership and GM's quality standards
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate directly with service advisors regarding status of service work
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques.
Experienced Automotive Technician/Automotive Mechanics Qualifications:
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining high level of customer service
- Working knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order
- Valid driver's license and insurable

Peninsula new car dealership seeks Automotive Lube Technician
Job Description
Ruddell Auto provides premier automotive servicing and repair, and currently has an opening for an Auto- motive Lube Technician. Our ideal Automotive Lube Technician should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a passion for vehicles and ability to work in a team environment. Our Quick Lube is the highest volume facility on the Peninsula.
Job Requirements
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Meet productivity and efficiency numbers
- Check and communicate oil level to co-workers
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Complete vehicle inspection
- Complete tire rotations
- Complete secondary services as required
- Maintain an organized and safe bay according to dealership, O.S.H.A. and EPA standards
- Valid U.S. driver's license, background check compliant and drug free.

Peninsula new car dealership seeks an experienced Lead Automotive Detailer
Job Description
Ruddell Auto provides premier automotive retail and fleet services and it currently has an opening for an experienced Lead Automotive Detailer. Our ideal Lead Automotive Detailer should have excellent maintenance and communication skills, a positive attitude a passion for vehicles and an eye for details. This position may require work on weekends.
Job Requirements
You will be experienced in all aspects of auto detailing.
We have determined some factors that may enable your success:
- Highly detail oriented
- Experience with auto detailing, claying, waxing and buffing
- Ability to receive direction and work well with others
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid U.S. driver's license, background check compliant and drug free.
Pay based on experience, range of $14 to $18 an hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off.
